Make friends with apple cider vinegar!

There are a lot of reasons to keep apple cider vinegar around besides needing it for your favorite vinaigrette recipe. One of those reasons is that apple cider vinegar with a little baking soda and water will neutralize your body’s ph, and I think that’s important for disease resistance and overall good health. My morning ritual includes adding a teaspoon of baking soda to 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (raw organic with the ‘mother’). When the fizzing dies down I add 8 ounces of bottled water and drink all at once. Easy peasy. There are so many other benefits, but this little article on Pop Sugar will tell you about a few of them.
