Well, I shouldn’t wholeheartedly endorse a book I haven’t finished reading yet, but I’m going to go out on a limb and do it anyway. Most of the main points that Dr. Perlmutter advocates are things I’ve been convicted of for a long time. I am re-wracked (is that a word?) with guilt knowing that we have eaten far more sugar since we’ve been in Mexico than we ever do at home. I am most disturbed about that for my teenaged daughter. There are a couple of things he discusses that I just can’t quite embrace, but those things are few and none of them are dietary. I’d be interested in knowing what you think if you’ve read the book. And watch our Facebook page in the days ahead as we hope to give away a couple of copies. Happy reading!
