I know…this is my second cauliflower bread recipe in recent memory, but you’ve just gotta try these! So cute, no gluten and only about 25 calories each! The addition of some different spices could change these up a little and I’m wondering what would happen if you left out the garlic, substituted cream cheese or ricotta for the cheddar and added cinnamon to turn these into a breakfast treat?
