Simple ab workout…

I love simple workouts that don’t require tons of equipment or an hour in the gym. This one is just 4 simple moves and you should be able to get through it in just a few minutes. Of course, if you’re me, you have to hide somewhere so that you don’t look up to find a 16 year old pointing and laughing at you. But that’s just me. You’ll be fine.
