My kids would be quick to tell you that I have tried many a gluten free recipe, including more than a few that should never have been tried… But this one looks really promising. Bread type products and crackers seem to be a bit more challenging than some other things like desserts, which I’ve been largely successful at. Of course, the fun foods that no one really needs are what I do best… Anyway, let’s try this one. The almond flour gives the cracker some nutritional value and the spices and sesame seeds should make for interesting flavor. Let me know how it goes for you!
